I loved my stay at this hidden gem in Papenburg! The atmosphere is charming, staff is excellent, and the location is great. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast buffet is exceptional. The view from my room overlooking the Main Canal was wonderful. a fantastic experience.

Our New Year's stay was exceptional! the room had a breathtaking view of the canal and the sunrise was worth waking up early for. the breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. We also loved the pub atmosphere in the evening, it made for a great way to ring in the new year. the location was perfect, with shops and cafes just a short walk away.

Some nights were quiet, but on another night the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep.

A noisy night's sleep. On one night, we were kept awake by the sound of music and people carrying on in the car park outside.

Located in the heart of a bustling shopping district, this gem of a hotel offered a big parking lot at the back and proximity to several attractions. the staff was exceptional and the decor was charmingly rustic. the comfortable rooms had elevators and some even offered balconies with great views of the surrounding canals. the breakfast buffet was top-notch, and the restaurant and pub offered tasty options for lunch and dinner.

The rooms did not have any coffee or tea making facilities for late-night or early morning cravings.
